November 13th 2009- Inspiration for my Magazine Front Cover and Poster
19th November 2009- Film Magazine Names - Ideas
I began thinking about the names in which my Film Magazine can be called. I felt it was necessary that through the name audiences can already guess the type of magazine it is. I narrowed my ideas down to my top 5 which are listed above. Out of these 5 potential Film Magazine names I have decided to use the name 'It's a Wrap'. It's a wrap is often what directors would say when a particular take, or when the film has been completed. Its way for the director to show his/her pleasure of the product which has been produced. It stands for Wind, Reel, And Print. It is a film reference for what you do when filming's over. You wind it, reel it and print it.
